Eagle Ridge is Grant County's premiere manufactured home development. Opened in 1996, it has only 60 homesites available. Eagle Ridge is conveniently located near area shopping, employment and schools. The community also has easy access to Interstate 75 making it a quick 15 minutes from Florence and 25 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.

Eagle Ridge has some of the best features in all of Northern Kentucky. The community has sidewalks for its residents to walk throughout the community. Each homesite must have a paved driveway with either concrete or blacktop surfacing. All homes must also have sidewalks from the driveway to the entrance of the home. All homesites require landscaping as determined by the home owners' association. Each lot must also have an outside lamp post. You will not find a community of this quality in all Northern Kentucky.
