Community Management
We have a community manager who lives on site at each location to insure
that issues affecting residents do not go unnoticed. Additionally, each
community has a maintenance staff to see that the neighborhood is keep
neat and clean. SSK Communities also provides general support
through our regional manager who visits each community on a weekly basis.
The combination of on-site manager, regional manager and maintenance staff
insures that our residents are provided with the best quality management
Community Infrastructure
SSK Communities strives to maintain all
of our communities in the best and most attractive condition through the
use of our maintenance staff as well as outside contractors. Residents
enjoy our shrubs, flowers and trees which we plant in both common and
private areas of the community. We are also dedicated to maintaining our
streets, utility connections, sidewalks and community features in a quality
condition. Every year, SSK Communities provides each community
with a capital improvements budget in addition to a regular maintenance
budget. We believe an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of
cure.
